An invitation to guests & companies

Your experience.
Their next step.

A career can feel distant until someone makes it real. Share the decisions, setbacks and lessons behind your work with students ready to ask what comes next.

01 / A worthwhile exchange

Not a corporate presentation.
A conversation that matters.

01

Make your work real.

Help students understand the decisions, people and skills behind your field — beyond a job title or a classroom description.

02

Meet different perspectives.

Connect with students across majors. A conversation about healthcare can be about business, technology and leadership, too.

03

Give something useful.

A candid answer, a practical example or one lesson learned can help someone make a more informed next move. No hiring commitment is expected.

02 / Find your format

Bring what you know.
We’ll shape it together.

You do not need a polished keynote or a finished proposal. Start with the experience you would like to share; we can discuss a format that fits.

Share your path

A conversation,
not a speech.

Tell the story behind your career, followed by student questions and a short meet-and-greet when the format allows.

03 / Keep it straightforward

A clear process.
A personal conversation.

01 / INTRODUCE

Tell us your idea.

A few sentences about your work and what you could share are enough to begin. You do not need to commit to a date yet.

02 / AGREE

Find the right fit.

We discuss the audience, topic, format, timing and requirements with you before confirming or announcing anything.

03 / PREPARE

Make it worthwhile.

Once agreed, we coordinate the student side: invitations, questions and the session’s flow. You bring your experience, not a sales pitch.

04 / Before you say hello

A few things
worth knowing.

Who can take part?

Professionals, founders, executives, coaches and practitioners with relevant experience and something useful to share. You do not need to be a USJ alum. We discuss the fit for each proposed session.

Is this a recruiting or sales event?

Learning and dialogue come first. Relevant public opportunities can be discussed by agreement, but no hiring commitment or outcome is expected. A guest session is not a sales presentation.

Can I join remotely or bring colleagues?

Both can be discussed. Let us know whether you have a solo conversation, panel or team-led activity in mind, and we will confirm what is feasible together.

What about travel, fees or recording?

Please mention any honorarium, travel, accessibility or technical requirements early. Costs and arrangements must be agreed in advance. Photography, recording and publicity are also discussed with you beforehand; none should be assumed.

05 / Start with an introduction

A story to share?
Let’s talk.

A rough idea is enough. Tell us about your experience and the conversation you would like to bring to LPS.

An inquiry starts a discussion. It is not a confirmed booking, and no payment or travel arrangements are implied.
